Hemera Foundation focuses on the promotion of contemplative practices that enhance self-awareness and promote compassionate, empathetic, and supportive relationships.

Provides grants to provide evidence-based mindfulness and meditation programs in ways that help human beings joyfully face the challenges of our time, with a specific focus on work at the intersection of meditation and the impacts of climate change and biodiversity loss.
