Love & Spaciousness Retreat

  • High Pastures Retreat Center 290 Kings Highway Burnsville, NC, 28714 United States (map)

Love and spaciousness, heart and clarity, deep feeling and deep seeing, mixing together in the great transparent space of awareness- this is the alchemy we’ll explore together. This retreat will focus on practices of spaciousness and heartfelt embodiment, inviting love and openness to melt, enliven, instruct and awaken.

The first three days of the retreat will consist of sitting and walking meditation and daily interviews with the teacher. After that, the retreat will open up as we evolve the practice container to include movement practices and group exercises focused on integrating emotional energies alongside stillness.
